Hi all! To start with my mom is finally letting me get a counselor! Yah!  ;D

I searched this forum and found no answers to my question, I was just wondering what would the effects be on a teen. I remember reading an article about breast augmentation, and it saying most women over the age of 21 get it because hormones were not enough? What does this mean exactly, the women in my family are chesty. My mom is a 38DD.

What about puberty, will it reverse some of the effects, like my hands getting bigger and my feet? Thanks for answering my questions!   :)

Breast size depends person to person and so many other factors other than just age. For example, your body type and genetics can play a factor. It also takes time to grow breasts, some grow faster than others.

I know t-girls who are older than me who have had very good breast growth, and I know younger than me ones who don't.

I have a small frame and I'm skinny - I'm part of the itty bitty titty committee. A lot of women my size are, too. I'm a 34B. If I wear my 36 band size (I have to wear it on the smallest setting), I become a 36A. I've gone up and down in weight, so my band size likes to be somewhere in the annoying middle, so I end up with different sizes.

As for hand size, your hands won't get smaller. As for feet, some people find that they can get a bit smaller 'cause of weight lost and/or muscle mass loss. That's true of any gender, actually. You're bones won't shrink, however. And since you're a teen, HRT might slow down, or even prevent further affects of T.

HRT will prevent further effects of T as it will reduce T, but won't reverse most of them (bones, voice, some hairs maybe).

Then again, some will be reversed (hairs if lucky) and new ones will develop.

The case for breasts and HRT is that most women on HRT have big rib cage and they develop normal breasts. But due to the proportions of the body, it appears too small.

A lot of women have small breasts, even if they have small rib cages. The average breast size is B for almost any bra band size.
In recent years, the size increased due to the population being overweight, when overweight, usually the band size will increase only slightly while the breast increase quite a bit, but so will the rest of the body therefore it is not a very good compromise.

Everyone on HRT should expect pretty much normal breasts. Do understand that a lot of healthy weighting women have small breasts and feel the same as you do without the questioning of their gender identity. So try not to worry about it and hope for the best.

Thanks for the replies! I really want to make sure that things like my hourglass shape will stay? Currently my measurements allow me to fit comfortably into woman's clothes.

Only reason it might not is because MTF hrt promotes an increase in fat. Cardio?

|The younger you are, the more change there will be, however, augmentation for over 21s? not really... I started at 19-20, and I hit 36C naturally.... upto 30 there can still be suprising results, after that it does happen to tail off somewhat. upto 24, human growth hormones are still at 'growth; levels, so you're pretty safe.

Shapewise, your body will collect fat in new areas, so work out and keep fit, and your figure should stay good, or get better... running is a good overall cardio to use really.

At a younger age overall, the effects should be more similar to that of normal puberty, you will bud and grow, bone structure will be effected as you're still developing, and you will develop as any other teenage girl. Not a bad lot really.
