I don't know the answer to your question, to be honest... Maybe it would reduce sensitivity? But, being a pre-op MTF, I have thought that if I wasn't circumcised, maybe it would make having this penis just a little bit enjoyable?? Probably not, because I would still have to deal with my gender identity. But, it is unfortunate my parents decided to go with the trend when I was younger.
