Ian, Parts Sold Separately – what was the idea behind your show's title?
About eight or nine years ago I was at a public event where a transman was speaking, sharing part of his transition story. I had never met anyone or seen anyone like PJ before. After the event was over and I was driving home, my friend who was with me could tell something was up and asked me what was wrong. I began to sob and the only words that I could get out were, "That's me, that's me... that's me."
