Yo everyone.

So, my name might not neccesserily be Skyler. But this is the first time ive introduced myself with this name.
Ha, its pretty neat.

Yet on the other hand, most things are not. Im still in high school. I dont have a job, although im looking, so i can buy a binder. Im currently using an ace bandage and its causing me sooo much pain. It feels as though everyday is getting more and more unbearable.

I am female, i present many feminine traits, and whenever i broach the subject with anyone, im kind of taken for a joke.
Ive been verbally taunted for the past year or two, even physically abused at school.

I feel ashamed of my body everytime i wake up, and everytime i walk out of the house, i feel extremeally anxious. It has gotten so bad, to the point where i dont even WANT to leave the house. I just feel so uncomfortable.

I have searched the internet for some resources, and everytime i ring a number, either no one answers, or i never get called back. I would love to speak to other trans guys who are in the same situation.

Im aware of T, and top surgeory, and am not really sure if it would be something i could do considering my age?

Any information would be sooo useful.
So thanks guys.

Skyllerrr.

Welcome to Susan's, Skyler.  :icon_flower:

There's a lot of good information and good people here.  Each of our stories is unique but we have a lot in common.  Settle in, pull up a keyboard, and explore.

Be sure to look under the Announcements heading.  There you will find the rules we live by in this little world of ours:
Look through the other stuff there, too, including advice about posting your age.

There are lots of young transguys on this site.  One or two should be along shortly.  And there's lots of good advice here.  Do you live near an LGBT support group, or better yet a trans support group?  The one I go to has a bunch of teen and young twenties transguys.

I hope you find what you are looking for here.  Happy exploring. :icon_wave:

Hi Skyler, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 4400 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother. :icon_hug:

As Kate has pointed out be sure to review her links.  Rules you know.  Meanwhile jump in anywhere.
We are a fun group, and we really don't bite.

Hugs and Love,
Janet

Hello Skyler *huggles*

How old are you? I've heard of guys getting prescriptions for T as early as 17 but I believe your parents and a psychologist both have to have consent on it.
