After almost two years on HRT, I'm barely an A cup, so I opted for a BA. I am curious to see if ridding myself of the offending testosterone producers will add more on top of the BA. For me the BA is a must, especially with the lack of sufficient development, I'm nowhere near comfortable with what I have right now.

Nearly two years hrt is not nearly enough time to for tremendous results.  If I were you I would give it a few years.  You will definitely develop further given your age, especially after grs.  I stated hrt when I was thirty-ish and I'm still noticing changes at 44.

A short time later, I noticed more fullness in my breasts as well.  After some research I found that NAC, aside from being a powerful anti-oxidant, also plays a key role in hormone regulation.

Kristyn, thanks for the nutrition info!  I don't see any point in switching AA's at this point as I go off them in 7 weeks anyways, for good. I'm so tempted to add BA at the same time as my SRS like Valerie is doing, but even then I will only be at 15 months HRT which I don't think is long enough to tell what the final outcome will be. I'm also planning to add Progesterone after surgery for other reasons, which I've heard can affect breast growth as well.

Women's breasts change all the time, depending on weight, age and other factors.

A lot of you know I got breast implants last year, I had a B cup which I got 375/390CC put in. This gave me a full D, but with hormones stimulating grrowth again it became a DoubleD now, you may think that a Double D is big.. but it's really proportioned to my body!

I have 0 regret getting breast implants.

Exactly, its all down to your posture, when I had mine redone a few years ago, I use to have saline implants, had them replaced by silicone implants and went bigger on the redo, Im now a full DD, I found silicone implants also gave me a better cleavage with the right support bra, they get a lot of male attention and my Boyfriend / Fiancé absolutely adores them.
