Andrew Lefebvre, 28, claimed he was rushing to assist his then-girlfriend Sheri Rand after Michael Marcil, also known as drag queen Dixie Landers, struck her in the mouth with a beer bottle at 2 a.m. on May 26, 2007. The incident occurred after a night of celebrating a gay friend's birthday at Centretow
