Hello everyone....I just recently saw an advetisment on TV about contour abs. This was about 4 months ago or so. I once weighed 245, and knew I needed to lose a fewlbs. Of course I did cut back some on food, but also I did order the Contour Belt. I am sure results may vary,  but for me, it really toned me alot. I now weigh 190. Again, I did diet some, but  hey I am a believer in that belt. Just thought someone may want to try it...

Well, I've looked at this thing before, because my fibro makes me less inclined to do actual workout than anything else. the Gym is Self-Punishment in my mind.

But... I don't see how this should make you loose weight really.
It's great for strengthening your mid-section I'm sure, and a lot of people could use that, but due to my back-problems I've basically, naturally developed a set of really strong abs. They're just neatly tucked away underneath an inch or two of bellyfat (and loose skin).
So yeah, you can have awesome abs, but flab on top, so... why would this device, designed to give awesome abs, remove the flab?

You are right as far as the  flab goes...Thats why dieting is important...But trust me, it will tone some...At least it did for me...
