Myth: The ordinance will allow men in women's restrooms.

Fact: There's no current law that prohibits men from using women's restrooms or vice versa. The ordinance does not change bathroom use. It does protect the right of all people, including those who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender, to use public restrooms.
