It says for testostrone, females should have at least 20 ng/dL and as high as 80-85.
So the only problem is if it's being measured in nmol/L instead of ng/dL in which case 20 is well above the upper limit of 3 nmol/L.
In short, if it's 20 ng/dL then that's fine, if it's 20 nmol/L then it's way too high.
As for estrogen (estradiol presumably, estrogen is a class of different sex steroids of which estradiol is the primary one for premenopausal females) 1000 pmol/L should be fine.
I doubt you would need to change your dosage at those levels. It's likely more to do with the time prior to being on the dosage your on, and simply having to wait.
