Hello all

I have had a lot of surgery on my face.  I would like to have more.  Specifially, some chin, neck and nose work.  I noticed on Dr. Yarrish's site a picture of a computer modeling program.  Does this really work or is it just a gimmick.  Also,  I would appreiciate some input regarding a surgeion who is used to working on people who have already had work done.  I am intrigued by Dr. Marcelo Di Maggio's site.  Has anyone had work done by him?

Thanks!!

Sheila

he looks like just another plastic surgeon. I wouldn't put too much into the app he uses to project outcomes.

they do have real computer software that will show you how you'll look when your done, they take some pictures of your face and upload them and shape them the way you want. it's pretty cool, i wouldn't mind doing it someday :).

There are people who can work with an image to give you an approximate idea of what you'll look like after certain procedures have been performed. You have to remember that working with pixels is very different than working with a scalpel. The image produced will never give a 100% true representation of how exactly you'll look after surgery. It's just to give you a general idea.
