Last time I attempted push-ups I was barely able to squeeze out two.  (Yeah, I know.  Pathetic.)  Today, on a whim, I decided to give it another go, and whipped out 10 without much trouble.  I think  I'm starting to understand the guys at work who drop down and do push-ups at random moments in the day.  It's getting so it's almost ... fun!  :o ;D

Haha neat. Push-ups are definitely fun. I suspect arm wrestling and pull-ups are the next on the list? :P ... Man I wish I was better at pull-ups...

Haha yeah the same thing happened to me but I was really gauging by pull ups. I could barely do 1 and now I can pump out at least 15 no problem.
Call me a cheat but I make my own fate.

yeah, it's kind of surprising.  it's almost unfair by how lop-sided it is compared to females.  but oh well.    ;D

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Maybe I'll have to try that, LOL.

That said, I'm up to 25 pound free weights when lifting, which is a huge accomplishment for me.

I'm loving every second on T!

I remember 25 pounds per arm was the most I could manage pre-T for bicep curls... it was a plateau that I just couldn't break.  Then T happened.  Granted, I only got up to 30-35 lbs on the curls before I stopped working out.  I'm looking forward to the day when I can start working out again.

Oh yeah--and pushups are more fun now.  Can't wait 'til I can do those again, too.

I'm a thorough wimp. I tried doing some a couple days ago

...couldn't even get one because my knee caps started hurting

That's pretty sad
