So Buck Angel, a world famous Transgendered pornstar is making a documentary About Transmen. I think it's a wonderful idea, and although I can't say  i've seen his work, I've watched his youtube videos with advice and his day to day happenings and he's a really genuine guy. I'd love to hear what other people's view's on Buck and his work. Or about Buck's choice to NOT have bottom surgery for the sake of wanting a perfect body... although he's comfortable with what's between his legs already.

Thoughts?

I have seen some of his porn.
Only person I know of who can get penetrated and make it look manly.
hot but I find myself feeling slightly guilty when I watch it

If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I think he's great. His porn isn't my style (not into muscle leather daddies, and the FTM bits I think would make me uncomfortable in any case, hypocritical though that may be) but I really respect him, his career, and his life and choices about his body.

Don't know much about him, except seen some pics. I think it's probably a good thing he's making our bodies more visible.
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.

Take a porn star as your spokesperson, don't be surprised when people treat you like a porn worker.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

Not I. It doesn't give a chance to be seen as a regular person, so much as lets others believe that transition is all about sex. That is not a thing I want to have put forward.

Well yeah... but I'm talking about opinions about His work and message. I know some people would feel dysphoric about it

I admire Buck's courage once he made up his mind and to move forward with his transition.

His films are not for me (having an arm in your bum freaks me out. FREAKS ME OUT!), though I'm fine with his choice in making them.

I have no opinion on whether Buck documentary is a good idea.
