AweSAM!

Today, I got on the TTC to visit my therapist downtown near Wellesley Station. At Bloor Station, I noticed a new ad for CAMH while waiting on the platform (http://imgur.com/a3eGc.jpg), and I'm thankful I won't be dealing with them for GID. ;D

I had been wondering if my therapist would agree to write me a letter, formally diagnosing me with GID, and referring me to an endocrinologist through my regular doctor. I am ecstatic; he wrote the letter right there and handed it to me! ;D 8) I got caught in the rain on the way home, and had a small freak-out over the potential of my letter getting wet.

When I started therapy back in January, he told me that he didn't have any prior experience with anyone trans, but he has been a great learner and listener. He has been wonderful, and I will continue to see him.

That's awesome. Congrats.  ;D You're lucky to have such a cool therapist.

and lots of it. I think you will do fine even without the luck ( in case my leprechaun gets away before then)

Well, the psychiatrist has a cancellation and my appointment has been moved forward to the 18th of June.  It must be something to do with the leprechauns :D
