I finally finally told my flatmate Tim and he was really awesome, as I should've known he would be.  I left him a letter to find in the bathroom in the basket of toilet rolls, haha.  He thought I was evicting him or something.  He sent me some really nice texts that made me go all embarrassed for hours.

He said I was the coolest dude he knows.  ACK!  But yeah.  He my bro.

That's great, man! I've also just told my friend who took it fine. Feels good doesn't it :)

Yeah talk about a load off my back!  It was real hard not being open with the person I was living with.  I am just really terrible at talking about important things, so the letter option worked well.

That's great to hear.  I know you were worried about coming out to him, so I'm glad everything went well.   :)

Nice one!
I've got a friend like that. They come in handy when you need to ask really personal man-questions :P

My husband (separated) but still living together, we're pretty much roommates too, is great with those questions. I ask him all the bathroom stuff and compare my body hair growth to his. In the car once I was checking out his pit hairs, he got embarrassed because there were other drivers around LOL. I wish I had more friends to talk to, friends just don't seem to gravitate towards me.
