New York lawmakers will soon deal with the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA), otherwise referred to as the "Bathroom Bill."

According to Jason McGuire, executive director of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF), the measure seeks to deny the immutable biological differences between sexes currently recognized in the law. He believes the bill is dangerous.

"It would open all public accommodations, including restrooms and high school locker rooms, to both biological genders if an individual chooses to identify his or herself as the opposite sex," McGuire explains. "So, your [readers] should think of things like cross-dressers, transvestites or even potential child molesters who are just looking to get access to those facilities."

They still call it a "bathroom bill". From all accounts I've read, child molesters are heterosexual.
