In my previous post, I promised to talk about some of the practical, day-to-day problems the "family restroom only" proviso has caused me at work. Since that post, I've found myself writing about it in other venues, most notably Bilerico. And most of that was paraphrased from a fifteen page document I prepared and presented to my Human Resources representatives two months ago, and subsequently to the EEOC. For completion's sake, I'll re-post those thoughts below, somewhat modified and expanded upon for this medium.
