There is a slim possibility that the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) could come up for a vote this week -- perhaps as soon as Wednesday.

Congressman Barney Frank (D-Massachusetts) is one of three openly homosexual House members and is lead sponsor of ENDA, the bill that will force government and businesses with 15 employees or more to provide special protections for homosexuals, lesbians, and perhaps transgendered people.

According to Andrea Lafferty, executive director of the Traditional Values Coalition (TVC), even if the transgendered section of the bill is pulled, the measure is still dangerous. She adds that some members of the House do not want a vote on it.
