I like my hair a lot, and pass a lot (the times i don't people just call me "it" or "Heshe") but i think its time for a change. My hair isn't that long right now, as you can see, but its very mussy, and turning into a mini mullet (The back is longer than the front. Damn hairdresser) I want to cut it into a crew cut, but according to a bud of mine, i will just look like a butch lesbo. Should i just trim my hair, or should i cut it into a crew cut?  ???

(How about the glasses? I just ordered a real pair that looks exactly the same, but now i'm doubting there masculinity)

Having had a crew-cut, and than shaving it all off in a misguided attempt to hide myself, I would suggest taking it off a bit at a time until you are happy with the result.

Your hair reminds me of a messy teenage boy. Personally, I rather like short hair, as long as it isn't shaped like a US Marine.

To be honest, your glasses send out a strong statement. Look at my glasses, not at me. They seem a little bold for your face, which is quite small.

Hope this is what you wanted. It is meant with absolute kindness.

Thank ya. I guess i do hide behind my glasses...but thats what i wear them for. I'm incredibly anxious and shy at times, so there my security blanket in a way. Maybe the next pair i buy i'll get smaller frames. Gotta stop hiding under my glasses.

I like your hair but having it too big on all sides will make your face look smaller and this will make you look more feminine overall. I think the glasses suit your style well, I sure couldn't pull them off!

Trim it, your hair looks bigger than your face.

thank yas. Gunna get that hair cut into a faux hawk. At least then i can have short sides and keep some of the longer stuff at the same time.

You look pretty boyish, but definitely cut the hair. And...I hate to say it, but I think you look more feminine with the glasses.

The glasses are huge. But maybe I'm just biased. Note the size of glasses in my avatar photo.

So I should lose the glasses  :( KK. I shall. One must do, what one must do to achieve masculinity.

Glasses size noted.  ;D lol. Definately biased. Maybe I'd be better with that size of frame? But i just can't stand fragile glasses.

I like the glasses, but I love chunky frames....*points to avatar* XD

I like your hair like that too, you look like a cuter version of a guy I used to date if you don't mind me saying so :P

Crew cuts are usually bad for us (inherently, because they make our faces look extra-round, kind of like that one-length messy look you've got going on right now). Fauxhawks aren't inherently bad - they actually have a decent shape for us because they elongate the head - but they've been adopted as a lesbian style, so they're probably not a great choice.

Just go with some variation on the "shorter on the back and sides, longer on top" theme, in a style that you could fauxhawk if you wanted to but that doesn't require the 'hawk to look decent.

Jeatyn: Merci! I don't mind at all. Love ur glasses. Maybe i should go for more rectangular chunky look. Not as geeky femme looking as mine.

Sigh... and now i am utterly depressed. I went to a barber shop today, and told them to give me a trim, shorter sides and back, and i ended up looking like a porcupine. I want my shaggy, messy hair back. i look round faced now. So sad...sob...
The only sour/sweet thing i got out of this, is that they addressed me as sir, until they finished the dastardly cut, and then asked if i was in fact female. I did pass much better with my mop hair. Oh well, it grows fast. This time next month, it'll proably be close to normal...
