So I just got out of the shower &noticed some marks under my armpits.
I can tell its from my binder, but idk how long they've been there.

Does anybody else have these?
Should I be worried?

What kind of marks?
I get marks from where the binder pushes against the skin, but after a while with no binder they disappear.

Dark lines, like diabetics get around their necks...
And its where the binder rubs.
I think it could be from wearing it overnight maybe?
But I've gone 2 nights without it already...

I don't think you're supposed to wear it overnight.

I've worn binders overnight quite a few times with no problems.
Still definitely not recommended though. Maybe it's been cutting off the blood supply? I think diabetics get poor circulation, so it would make sense perhaps?

Ahhh im gettin scared...

I wore it one day, and overnight cause I was with someone, and then the next day too. But then that night I didn't wear it, then I only wore it for about 8 hrs then didn't wear it for the night again and barely put it back on about an hr or 2 ago.

So I wore it straight for a while, but I've given my body a break already.
