Need help

I'm trying to find a new therapist through Kaiser or not If I cant find one.Who do I talk to and what do I ask? I know I keep asking questions but I don't want to get anything wrong.

I'm not at all too sure what Kaiser is, would it be some kind of website where therapists post their own profiles?

Its Insurance and a hospital.

IDK about Kaiser but my insurance gave me a small book of paperwork that listed doctors covered by them in my area.

Have you searched Kaisers website?  They may have a list of Dr's covered by them.

Tori I just went to their website a d there is instructions on how to find doctors in your area that they participate with.
