Okay so recently had some more time to work on voice since it isn't sounding the best at all.  But I was trying to use a spectrogram to try and get a visual of what's going on but I totally forgot how to set them up to read them for looking in at hz? I think it is.

Does anyone use these anymore?  And if so can you give a basic of "how to set up" so I can actually try to get a visual of what's going on?  Thanks!
