Among the transgressions she claims forced her to quit her job, Tiffany Clewell remembered the day her boss arrived at work with fresh, white roses.

Gar W. Davidson, administrator of the Lower Saucon Authority, gave one rose to Stacey and one to Ellen, Clewell remembers, and the women put the flowers on their desks.

But the men didn't get roses, Clewell said, and she didn't get one either.
