So ive had some major golf comps in the past few weeks. The first few went really really well!
In the last 2 weeks GID is 100% on my mind the all the time. In the last 2 weeks it's been getting worse and worse and as my mind think about it more and more, my sporting mindset goes out the door and it's cause'ing my golf to be going crazy!!

The more I think about GID the wourse my sporting gets, I just can't get my head back into the right zone anymore, I always used to be able to zone out, but right now it's just getting stronger and stronger and I can;t zone out anymore!!!
Even my golf coach said, when I play a look like a have somthing on my mind..... ARGGGGG

Any idea's other then comming out that can help me get this off my mind???
Ive out of ideas, ive been told my many highly reconised people that my mental side of sport is very very good. But right now it's all over if I can;t get it out of my mind :(

You've said it yourself - coming is the only way to help the situation.

Happily golf is one of the most progressive sports in regard to trans issues. There are to my knowledge several transwomen who, postoperatively, are allowed to compete as women in tournaments both as high end amateurs and in one case on a preofessional circuit.

Have you tried putting the clubs away for a week and cycling or something else instead? Maybe a break will let you sort out things without worrying about your game as well.
