another update:
I've been more successful lately with filling my cheeks out. I think my main issue was just poor digestion. I was never hungry and always bloated. I'm pretty sure it was from a mix of stress, a bad sleep schedule, and from taking too much estrogen. I always felt like I was eating enough because I would always feel so full but when I started paying closer attention to what I was eating I found out that I was actually eating less than my roommate who is a genetic female and is much smaller than I am. I've started really working on forcing myself to eat more and I've also been trying to take some time out of each day to just sit with no distractions and meditate/think/daydream... whatever I need to do at the time to get myself unstressed. I'd still like my face to fill out a bit more but I think I'm on the right track.

hello, what could be that your cheeks are more sunken must be taken not to block anti-androgen and testosterone, estrogen is not the tetosterona, testosterone is stronger than the estrogen and if you do not block estrogen to your body and cheeks fimenizar

maybe, just maybe: that old line about smiling might help? If you're really depressed and life with your roomie is a daily battle you might not be smiling enough to exercise the smile muscles that actually pull the cheeks up a little.  Go try smile into the mirror and report back if you see any difference between a glum and a smiley face.
Makeup people say to put blusher on what they call the apples of the cheeks which are the nice curves we get when we smile...so try a little blusher too.
