The contraption is being used to grow a penis, the final step in his transformation from woman to man".

Huh?  I'm sorry but I don't think so...  :eusa_naughty:

It is just amazing how some so called doctors can claim that this can actually happen.... :icon_no:

That's a *strange* place to grow a penis!

It's true, I posted about it here on this site years ago.....

After it's grown they detach it and move it to the proper location. It's not sexually functional on it's own but with a air bladder, could be pumped up.

Is that your left arm or are you just glad to see me?

This is obviously very serious to the people undergoing the proceedure, as it would be for me were I going through something equivilent.  So I don't really mean to be making fun, but you have to admit that the possibilities for humor are huge.  Uh sorry, uh, oh never mind...

Not that my, er, equipement, was ever the size of the one in that picture.  Ugh!

I've also heard of them sewing fingers in under the belly skin to help grow new skin for things like burns.  So many forms of plastic surgery are truly artistic.

It's a fairly common procedure now to use air bladders under the skin to stretch it into shapes that can be used for reconstuctive surgery.  You can then transplant the new section AND it's blood supply thus making it much more viable than a graft.  Very cool stuff.....
