I use to think the same way but I always found a new excuse.  Out here in California men has long hair and O seen females having short hair.  My advise, once you go for it, it's easier.

Yeah.. I really really really want to get it cut. I just don't want to hurt my parents. And I know it would, so I'm trying to hold it off.

I understand where you area coming from.  It must be conflicting,  you ever sit down with your parents and have a serious talk about you wanting to be a man?
  •

Caleb

Oh yeah of course. I was then taken to Christian groups and stuff to try and change me. My parents are very very very religious.

I Have not read anywhere in the Bible where it's a sin to have a sex change.  You need to do what makes you happy. Your parents should come around.   if nothing else Tell them your thinking about swimming in college and you need short hair.

II Know in my case even though my friends and family supports my decision to go from M2F some days I have a internal struggle. But every one that is making this decision goes through.  I am joining a local Transgender group in my area.  You think about joining a local transgender group?

I've thought out it, but I'm just not totally sure it's something I want to do right now.

If nothing else you make new friends.

This brought me, my sisters, and neice lot closer. They range from 10-15 and my older sister is 32. She is a lesbian.  But my younger brother don't care either way. I think he is disappointed in m.  But I don't care, I made Mind up and I am a lot happier.

I wouldn't say "a lot," but it's becoming more and more common. It's always worth looking into. And if you're planning on grad school, you might take health care into consideration when deciding on where you want to go. I mean, if you're torn between two or three equally appetizing choices.
