I bought an IPL from China. the hair falls off within 17 days and takes more than a month to grow back.
I am not sure if they will be permanent. I have done 6 treatments on my stomach.
Some ppl said it took them 12-14 sessiona before they saw permanent result, Thats crazy

Any one else with IPL experience?
