New regulations out from the government regarding US passports. Basically, all you need now is a letter saying that you are going through the process of transitioning from boy to girl or girl to boy.

A letter from a doctor. Not a master's degree psychologist or therapist, but a doctor.  Like a D.O. or M.D.

Turn that in, and they'll give you that little annoying part fixed on the Passport.

Now you just have to convince a doctor you are doing that  – and be binary, of course. None of this "middle of the road" stuff.
