OK, so the time has come to start getting my things together for my trip to Montreal.  I've pretty much got all the basics together, now I need to start shopping for the appropriate clothes.  What should I be looking to buy?  I need a robe but should I bring two?  I was also thinking long tunic style tee's or a couple of sleepshirts.  How about cotton shorts or cropped cotton pants both with drawstring?  Also, what would be appropriate to wear on the trip home?  I usually wear skirts, but is this stuff going to get ruined?  How about street clothes?  How many changes did you bring?

after surgery you don't want to strain or bend over to take pants off. I just took 4 nighties and a robe when I was in montreal. Also don't take good clothes as you might get blood on them. Also take a pair of slippers, they will get after you if you walk around in socks of bare feet due to wood flooring.

Girls rule, boys drool.

Thanks!  Forgot about the slippers--need some of those Indian type moccasin things

Bring some booty shorts, lol...Just kidding. Bring some comfortable clothes and one set of fancy clothes, just incase you go out to dinner or something or want to get all dressed up. Mainly bring sandals or wedges and some sneakers!

I'd bring one pair of sweat pants, one or two sizes too big in black.
Coming out of the hospital you'll have plenty of bulky bandages.
Black doesn't show stains conspicuously.

So will that be the only time I will need bulky clothes--when the bandages are on?  I don't want to waste money on buying everything oversized

As per the literature im bringing 3 street changes of clothes. out of there I choosed a long black flowing skirt and im bringing just one bathrobe

Apparently the staff at brassards is very good at removing blood stains.

I got this pair of slippers, with velcro adjusting, but its a slip on, i suggest you get the same its not like youll want to bend down if the back of the slipper is not working out with you.

I am also sure youll be wearing scrubs during the hospital time, some say bring panties some don't but the literature says 10 pairs of panties so ill bring the 10.

Also im bringing some backup ultra thin pads because i might stop in Toronto on my way back home for a day.

the skirt should help for the thick stuff.. but i def willl get waxed before going to montreal lol it should l;ast me the 12 days.

p.s. kristyn ill go out to dinner with you hehehe :) your cool enough in my book
