Melanie

Hi,

My name is Melanie and I've been dressing on and off for years.

I'm new to the forum and happy to have finally found a place to meet and correspond with others like me.

I'm a 57 yr. old hetero cross dresser and like to explore my feminine self as much as possible.  I don't go out often (at least as much as I would like) but when I do I try my best to present myself as a lady both in dress as well as actions.   I enjoy wearing nice things, dressing in skirts sweaters and blouses and strive to look my best at all times.  Most times when I do get out it is for a daytime trip to the mall shopping.  It is such a thrill to go into the stores and let the girl in me take over.  I have found the sales clerks always to be very helpful and have never had any problems with acceptance.  I don't do the club thing and don't really have the deisre to go out to clubs etc.  I would, however like to sometime have enough nerve to go out to dinner while dressed up.  It is something I have never done while dressed--but something I would love to experience.

I live in Northern WI and would like to meet others.  It's a great place to live, but unfortunately there aren't any support groups in the area where someone can meet girls with similar interests.  It would be great to develop some friendships with others who might reside in the area so we could share our experiences, learn from each other and more fully develop our feminine selves.

Well, that's about it for now.

Thanks for the opportunity to introduce myself.

Melanie

Ya put your right foot in.  You put your right foot out.  You put your right foot in and you shake it all about.  You do the Andro-gyney and you turn yourself around.  That's what it's all about.

Welcome Melanie,

I am also an older crossdresser (in my 60's).  I do not get out very much but find the community here at Susan's to be a great forum for conversation with friends.

This is great!

Thanks to all who have been so nice to welcome me to this forum.  I look forward to having a chance to correspond with many of you as time goes on.  Being somewhat "internet challenged" I'm still learning to navigate around this site, so excuse me if I don't respond in a timely fashion.

And, yes, Ricki, WI is the cheese [not cheezie] state (LOL).  Lots of "cheese heads" around--and Packer fans, too.  Me however, I'm a transplant and still cheer for the Vikings--or should I say ViQueens?
