I think in a few months, after I get on T, I'm gonna start fundraising for my top surgery.  I live in New Zealand and I haven't found many good reviews of surgeons here.  So I'm thinking, I want to go overseas.  I was planning to go to the US sometime anyway, so I'm thinking I want to go to Dr Brownstein, or Dr Garramone.  I'd stay around a bit, hopefully stay with a friend, then fly back.  But money! If I do come to the US I'd love to hang out with some of you too.

SO I am thinking of ways to raise some money and I thought you guys might like to brainstorm with me. I'm going to have a massive garage sale, sell off all my vintage video game consoles (they're just collecting dust anyway), and other toys, collectory things, records and books.  Last time I had a garage sale I made a couple of hundred bucks and I wasn't selling my good stuff and I didn't advertise.

I was also thinking an art sale (I'm an art student), sausage sizzle at uni with amusing signage...uh what else?  any ideas?

i was gonna throw a halloween costume party

where its 5-7 bucks to get in, and there would be good snacks and music and stuff

and then use the money..

That's an awesome idea! You could have a costume competition and make sashes for the winners.
