To me it sounds like her co-workers may have set her up. Since trans people are unfortunately sexualized, the complaints sound "believable" because the ignorant masses often view trans people as weird sex-crazed individuals. Also, as one of the commenters said, consider if a cis woman was to show off her breast implants to male employees... people wouldn't make nearly as big of a deal of it.
P.S. I am surprised with how well the article is written, especially for FOX. I love it how they said, "In November, she came out as a woman". The fact that they didn't precede "woman" with "trans" makes it even better. Normally you'd expect them to say something like, "In November, Bob had surgery and changed his name to Dorothy". Needless to say, I am quite pleased.
