UK Chest Surgery - Mr Morris

Any of the UK guys had surgery with him or know anyone who has? He's based in Plymouth (South West). I have a consultation with him next week and beyond googling him and looking on his private website, I can't find out much about him.

I've done insane amounts of research about top surgery in the UK and I've never even heard of Mr Morris. But why is he a Mr and not a Dr?
