Does a cache sex still involve tucking?

I was reading that thread and I saw someone mention pinching and blood. Terrified, I pressed on to try anyway and could not find the place to puch them up. I heard about these and they seem to hint at not needing tucking. Is that the case?

I have never had any chaffing or bleeding, one reason might be I can longer get an erection so movement is minimal during the day and I use plenty of powder
