Aristocracy, no doubt.

Just kidding (and failing at jokes.) It's regimen. I'm not an expert, we have some pretty knowledgeable people that might lurk the fitness board though. Try there if you haven't.

If you're already on T you'll get much better results from working out.

Really all I'm bothering to do right now since I'm working 3 hours a day BUT those three hours are spent constantly moving, no joke. I go from rushing to clean 3 bathrooms, to sweeping floors or running a burnisher or floor scrubber...to spot sweeping, to cleaning windows. then i'm done. so i count that as cardio pretty much.

then I just started doing 100 sit ups in sets of 20 a day. i'm not really trying hard, no....but i'm satisfied with my muscles right now cause i have naturally bigger traps and all i'm really concerned about are my abs. but if you're gonna work out...id' suggest both cardio and strength training. and stretching before and after. sorry i cant' be of more help. if you have LJ, look up the community ftmfit.

Hi - don't know where you're at transition-wise, but be aware that T redistributes fat - mostly to your stomach. That's why I try to focus on staying trim and keeping my tummy reasonably sized before I start T - I don't want to look like Al Bundy at any point!  ;D
