Hair Replacements and such

Hi ladies! I was just wondering what some of you; that have thinning hair, have done to add to your girly selves.
As a guy, I would wear a mowhawk or shave completely.  I've actually worn hair extensions and now they have some amazing products that make it look like you have hair growing out of your scalp called Lace fronts.
I wanted to see what some of you recommend.  I have unfortunately seen some great looking Tgirls wearing some really bad hair replacements/Wigs ( I hope I'm not making anyone feel bad here...if so I apologize ahead of time).
I've noticed that especially in pics, you can tell the synthetic fibers in the wig kinda look unnatural. Although, for temp reasons around the house etc., I think it wouldn't be bad. But I think it makes it easier for girls to be "Clocked" that way too.

I am, unfortunately very thin ( read basically bald ) right on top.  I use and even make my own hair pieces to cover.

You need to get a high quality wig, if you have to go that way.  And then don't over brush it or use any thing hot on it.

If you can afford the hair replacement surgery, that would be best.  But remember that women of all ages, type, race, etc wear wigs for a lot of reasons.  If a good wig suppler and make them your friend.
