I attempted suicide on Friday July 9, 6:09 PM CST.

I told my girlfriend before I did, and she called the police which brought me to the hospital.

After being in the hospital for 5:30 hours I was transferred to a mental institution.

I just got back from it Tuesday July 13, 4:24 PM CST. And I am going to do outpatient for 2 weeks at least.

So... I am OKAY! I am not dead! And I have learned so much along the way.

I can tell you that many here were worried about you, Christina.  And I can only hope that you are able to grow and find peace.

I too was in the fun house after my attempt.  It was then that my ex found out just how serious I was.

Wishes of peace and healing.  My short stint in the hospital was a bit traumatic for me, but it helped me to get the help that I needed.

Glad to hear you are ok, just promise us you will call here if things get too much again. Lots of similar stories around here, so no-one will judge you for the failure of those around you  to see how much you were hurting. Hugs too.
