My breasts are large and I wouldn't mind having them reduced in size. I also like the shape and think they look great (and they're fun to have) so I don't really want to get any surgery. I'm a DD.

Does using a chest/bread binder do anything permanent to your breast shape? What happens after wearing something like that for a few years? I read on one site that your chest will flatten after a time.

I could stand to lose anywhere up to 35 lbs of fat. Any opinions on how would that weight loss affect my breast size/shape? Or any opinions or ideas at all around the topic of reducing breast size?

I think it depends on the shape, density, etc. of your breasts. I was actually hoping for some tissue breakdown, flattening, or sagging, but after over 4 months of binding everyday, this has not happened.
They're still as firm, round, and positioned high up on my chest as they ever were.
But, I've heard that binding can break down the tissue and cause permanent sagging, which if you're planning on keeping your breasts, is not something you want.
If weight loss occurs too rapidly, this can also cause your breasts to sag.

Weight loss can cause them to shrink, since fat settles in them as well as other places.

And here I was trying to get mine to grow without taking hormones...LOL

Double D's, eh?  Enjoy them while you can before nature brings them to your knees.  I have a friend who says she used to have 38Ds and now she has 38 longs.

I have also heard that binding on a long-term basis could be harmful, but your best bet is to talk to your doctor.  As far as weight loss, I've found that I lose fat where I want to keep it, and keep fat where I want to lose it.  I also had a friend who was going to sue Weight Watchers because when his wife lost weight her breasts shrank, so go figure.

Ya put your right foot in.  You put your right foot out.  You put your right foot in and you shake it all about.  You do the Andro-gyney and you turn yourself around.  That's what it's all about.

I had DDs before my breast reduction, and they definitely lost some density and pertness after a few months of binding. They were really pretty before  :P sometime I wish someone else could have had my boobs so I can see them again, just not on me!
