Vesper Sways Melodic Ways,
Sings Songs Prolonged for Day-by-Day
And Every Note reveals an Age
of Homes He Owned and Girls He Played;
The Hearts He Stole and Sex He'd Crave
"Vesper The Cold" The Neighbors Named.
But Pleasure Costs, as Passion Pays,
and Ones He Loved Were Washed Away
and Left Him Months He'd Be Alone
No Child, No Love, No Broken Home.

Eventually Both Me and He
Exchanged in Words; Provers & Grief
The Way His Heart Had Lost it's Beat
From Long Decades of Make Believe,
of Love That Burned in Centigrade
With Gods He Killed, and Queens He Laid
And Spoke The Hell That Inside Brew
Of Reaping Things He'd Never Sew

Until The Year He Came To Me;
Slid Down My Walls To Where I'd Sleep
and Wrapped His Hands around My Throat
To Squeeze My Neck and Play It's Notes.
He'd Come For Tears He Wanted Back;
Cracked Part My Heart and Choked It Black
I Watched Him Hurt To Watch Me Die
As He Cried Ice That Froze Me Blind.

He Pressed His Face Against My Lips
And Scratched The Veins Lain on My Wrist
He Broke My Body To Break Inside
And Stay Well Long After I Died.
When He Was Sure That I Was Gone,
He Stole My Soul and Moved Right On-
To Fly The Night and Freeze in Time
To Find A Heart Stronger Than Mine.

I've Got Lips From 1679 Pressed Against Mine
Slices of Charred Blinds Unwind My Frame of Mind
Sing; 'To Be Alive Would Be Divine,
But Those Who're Cold are Lost in Time'
