BOISE -- The transgender woman who is accused of planting fake bombs around her Payette home and running naked down the street was supposed to be back in court Monday, but her appearance has been postponed.

That's because Catherine Carlson is now in the custody of a mental health facility for what the Payette County prosecutor is calling a "health concern."

I remember a story on her some years back when this lady was in a court battle with her mother and she outed her, after some 30 years after her GCS.  The incident was that Carlson was given a ticket in her male name, as a result from the earlier court case with her mother, and she refused to pay it.  This in turn led to bouts in and out of jail, what's also not helped is her clinical depression among other ailments.   At the time of the first story it was said she was under 100 lbs and now she looks even more gaunt.  Hopefully she can find peace.
