I've recently started spiro and have been noticing a lot of new breast growth. I've also had these hard lumps form under my nipples from glandular swelling and they're somewhat painful. I know this is pretty normal but I've had the hard lumps for going on 2 months now. How long does this usually last?

Well, when mine first came in, they went through sort of a multi-stage evolution for a few months.

Then, thank Flying Spaghetti Monster, I got probably a solid three weeks off. Over the last few days, though, the nipple discomfort has begun to manifest itself again, so I won't be shocked if I'm in for the next spurt soon.

those lump will get bigger and bigger and grow deeper it's the growth which hurts and will continue to hurt until it slows downwith me it feels like they are rooted to my chest as the harder more bobby glandular tissue expands behind it.

Another thing I've noticed is that some weeks they'll get bigger and are especially painful and hard, but the weeks where they are less painful they tend to actually shrink a little. Is that normal?

That's my understanding. Just keep feeding 'em.
