LEBANON, Ohio (CBS/AP/WKRC)A Warren County grand jury has determined that the 31-year-old Ohio woman who posed as a teenage boy to have sex with a 16-year-old girl will face sex charges, but no felony counts.

Patricia Dye was charged with sexual imposition, attempted sexual imposition, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The court case goes to a juvenile court because of the age of the victim, reports CBS affiliate WKRC.

The Franklin woman was arrested June 30 after Dye's 16-year-old "girlfriend" fled from a hotel room the two were sharing. The teen discovered Dye's true gender and police began an investigation.

A Franklin woman accused of pretending to be a teenage boy in order to have sex with teenage girls will not face felony charges. A Warren County Grand Jury today looked at all of the evidence against 31 year old Patricia Dye and determined there wasn't enough to indict her on a felony charge of corruption of a minor and unlawful sexual conduct.

Dye was arrested on June 30th after she allegedly had a sexual encounter with a 16-year-old girl from Springboro. She cut her hair and dressed as a boy and the two apparently went to a motel for sex-that's when the teen girl discovered Dye's true gender and ran away.

I still think that there is something going on in this case that the people involved havent spoke on yet.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
