Ohio Woman Who Posed as a Teenage Boy to "Get Girl," Gets Charged

Patricia Dye was charged with sexual imposition, attempted sexual imposition, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The court case goes to a juvenile court because of the age of the victim, reports CBS affiliate WKRC.
The Franklin woman was arrested June 30 after Dye's 16-year-old "girlfriend" fled from a hotel room the two were sharing. The teen discovered Dye's true gender and police began an investigation.

A Warren County Grand Jury today looked at all of the evidence against 31 year old Patricia Dye and determined there wasn't enough to indict her on a felony charge of corruption of a minor and unlawful sexual conduct.
Dye was arrested on June 30th after she allegedly had a sexual encounter with a 16-year-old girl from Springboro. She cut her hair and dressed as a boy and the two apparently went to a motel for sex-that's when the teen girl discovered Dye's true gender and ran away.
