Is Angelina Jolie Causing Gender Confusion Among Her Kids?

With Angelina Jolie allowing her daughter Shiloh to dress like a little boy, wearing ties and calling herself John, accusations are starting to fly that Jolie's promoting gender confusion to her children.

If this keeps up, we may have another Chaz Bono on our hands.

Jolie also reportedly purchased her 8-year-old son Maddox a manicure kit for his birthday. Oh the horror! An 8-year-old with trimmed fingernails!

I would let my children dress the way they wanted. Playing with dolls is not only for girls and matchbox cars not only for boys. I think it's great that Jolie brings her children up this way, so they don't feel like certain things are "for girls" and others are "for boys".
If a boy wants to have a manicure kit, he could have a hard time in kindergarden or something, but at least his parents should support him in doing whatever makes him happy. And maybe even talk about it, that society tells women and men how to be. To explain it to kids in a way they can understand. Explaining them, that this is how society works, but not necessarily has to. So they know they can be however they want to be, without pressure.
It would be great if children learned from young age, that they can be what /who they want to be. At least that it's okay for their parents.

Letting her daughter dress how she wants will do nothing bad for the child. If she's a tom boy or a boy, I think it's too soon to know for sure. I sure wish my parents were like Angie and Brad. They weren't bad but they just didn't recognize that I was a girl. I applaud Angelina and Brad so much for their parenting.
