Top Surgery Letter Question...

Hello!  I'm in the process of starting T... just waiting for my t herapist to finish the letter... was thinking of garramone as a surgeon... what kind of letter does he need?  Just a copy of the other letter?  Who can write the letter?  I have a new therapist now that I've been seeing for 3 months, but it's my old therapist that has agreed to write the letter for T.... any thoughts?

Dr. G sends you a list of stuff that needs to be included in the letter with your pre op packet.  basically it has to explain that you've met the criteria
according to the Harry Benjamin Standards of Care.  your therapist should either know what these are or she can look them up.
