What's the difference between gender fluid, androgynous, and bi-gendered?

I always thought they all meant the same thing, but now I'm not too sure...Anyone care to enlighten me? 

Sorry if this has already been covered, I haven't looked that far back.

Genderfluid: - You feel that your gender runs between male and female, that it bleeds back and forth - maybe like a lava lamp.
Bi-gendered: - You feel that you have two separate identities, one male and one female.

Androgynous: - This is a term that people argue over - I tend to use it to mean an external appearance looking neither male nor female and I tend to use androgyne as a term that means neither male nor female internally and I personally don't feel that each relies on the other, but that is just me.
