"That's pure fantasy. It's pure fantasy," Oliver said. "None of this happened. ... It has left him stunned."

Oliver said his client gave the ride to Bronson because he thought the transgendered man was a woman in need of a ride to her family's home on the night before Thanksgiving. He said Bronson gave police his sister's name and date of birth.

"He was dressed as a woman, and apparently appeared to be a woman," Oliver said.

Notice that once it's established the TG has a penis, they use only male pronouns when referring to the person?

Bronson certainly loses a lot of creditability with her sister's comments.  That changes the report from a TG being assualted to a TG being an unstable liar.  Another black eye for us.

I know the media rarely reports positive events but it would be nice to see a report where we are portrayed as we really are.

I dont really believe the cop was that nieve. This TS person has not transitioned if they are using the sisters identity. Therefore hard to have me believe that the person passes so well that cops interviewing them for even 10 minutes at the station could not figure it out?  Now it could be, but has me curious about this.

The sister could be someone that is very non supportive and could be in denial of things her sibling has gone through. Lets face it families are not unknown for doing some damage.

And as well we do have to consider that this individual has some serious issues and needs help. It will be interesting to hear what the "investigation" uncovers if they even bother to really investigate anything. This would be so easy for them to get away with dismissing.  You gotta admit the sister does not even want her name mentioned...so can we here family issues???
