I have freakishly long arms considering I am 5'9" and I have a total armspan of 6'3" I have trouble finding long sleeve shirts that my arms with out being crazy baggy.  Any body know of any stores that carry any shirts with long arms preferably with French double button hole cuffs ?

mm, you just might have to make to with 3 quarter shirt  sleaves like a lot of women do?

If you have not thought of this already you might have to get some shirts made for you.

All the girls in my family have a long "wingspan" like that.
Mum adds to the sleeves of her things with a sewing machine, often turns out really good looking.
She also makes her own sweaters sometimes.
Most of my sisters do the same, but one of 'em is just the sort of person who doesn't need to, because she's just that lucky with clothes shopping. (You know the type. Can walk into a random shop off the street, dip her hand in the "10 dollar" pile and pull out something that's beautiful, stylish, still "in", and fits her like it was made for her.)

You're right, French cuffs can be worn unfolded.
Also today's layering tees have very long arms sometimes.
