Demand Anoka-Hennepin School Board Address Gay Suicide Epidemic
Quoten the past year, three gay students have committed suicide in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. This comes on top of an investigation last year that found two teachers in the district were harassing a gay student.

Yet despite the prevalence of LGBT suicide, and a culture where teachers find it acceptable to pick on students because of their sexual orientation or gender identity, the Anoka-Hennepin School Board has not taken any adequate steps to make sure that their classrooms are safe for all students.
