Ha I just realized how funny that topic could be out of context ;)

Anyway, I was wondering how long different packers tend to last before they need to be replaced. I know there must be some difference between those $12 bubblegum pink varieties and something more of a prosthetic (like lolajake) that costs a couple hundred dollars. I mean, you'd think if you were going to invest that kind of cash into something it would last awhile yea? So I'm just trying to get a general consensus on how long each type/brand lasts and see if it's really worth it to splurge on a more expensive one.

Also, just a mini rant - why do companies make these with flat balls? WTF is up with that? I mean, balls are obviously 3D. I know some of the more expensive ones take this into account but the cheap ones never seem to. How much harder is it to change the mold or however they're making these things for that one accommodation? Lame.

This, I agree. Or how much harder could it be to use a better material like silicone, yes more expensive but still not 100s. Or to add better skin tone colors, etc.

But to the first question, I've had my stp packer for a yr but I harldy wear it or use it cause of certain not out issues & stuff...

I have a Homegrown I've had for over a year. I like the texture, feel and can come in many realistic colours. I pack everyday and it's still in very good shape. I like this much more than the Mr. Limpy. It costs more than the cheaper packers but I believe is worth the price. They are STP convertible and can even come that way. It's nice for everyday packing and doesn't cost as much as the prosthetics.
