Hi, girl
When transitioning, frustration and irritation (feeling desperate and restless) occurring during any phase of the transition --beginning, intermediate (me), end-- are very commonplace feelings.
So all I can tell you about that is: Get used to it, girl!
For example, in my case just to get my estrogen pills It's a whole deal every time, because the manufacturer constantly runs out of them, and then I have to start "digging" for them, drugstore by drugstore, and then when i finally get them, I finally feel "relaxed and quiet", because now I've "stacked up on the juice", just to immediately feel like "what's the point of stacking up, if I don't see the effects I was expecting, after 13.5 months of being on the juice?
See, we "transitioners" feel restless for several reasons all the time, and also, estrogens themselves are known to turn your emotions into a roller-coaster, and restlessness and depression "attacks" are very frequent, and you may feel "very happy" and seconds later "frustrated"! So, even though it sounds like you're just starting, and probably haven't even experienced what I'm talking about, anyways, Welcome to the club!!!
P.S, I don't know you, but when I feel REALLY, REALLY restless, I start doing some hip, butt and leg exercises, or aerobics, or stair-climbing or any other exercise geared towards helping my body look more feminine and it immediately distracts and relaxes me!
